I don’t have the heater option on my ‘99 and it fits like a glove! Perfectly snug and couldn’t be more happier. Sanding and paint my outlet cover this week. :D

He has couple eBay listings (his eBay username is jdaz123) - purchase one of his listings then follow his instruction via item description. It’s easy as 1-2-3. Lightning fast service and I got mine back repaired within 5 days. Hope it helps..
