No in a rev at stationary Parked/Netural IDLE, the stutter hesitation is there to a point like the engine will stall. Especially if you want to do a quick REV. If you get revving it as the RPM's get higher, the Hesitation gets lower, and not worse. My friend FLOORED IT up a hill and it went up...

Wires are routed correctly, and there is NO CEL. That is what is driving me crazy. WIre are routed: 1-4 3-6 5-2

MAF has been clean, and tested with a VOLT meter it tested good.

Yeah I cleaned the plenums, and cleaned the huge amount of carbon buildup, cleaned up the base of the lower intake, before putting the new gasket on. the car runs better, but the problem is still there.
