Have you considered the Front Runner RTT? Quality will be just about the same, has a lower profile, and it's only 90 lbs. I had it mounted to my factory rails for the longest before getting a full rack -- 0 issues.

Just got some 285 kO2’s C rated mounted — no issues balancing. My KO2’s in stock size I never got right, granted the shop I went to was the absolute worst.
