My buddy manages a Discount Tire and he recommended sticking with OEM wheels on the 4Runner. He said he gets lots of 4Runer owners coming back in and asking to replace new wheels with the stock wheels. Is he an idiot? I love the look of bronze wheels so now with the TRD option I'm getting...

I'm currently using the 265/70r17 P rated tires on stock SR5 wheels, but am seriously considering moving to the tires you've got (and I have the same suspension setup you've got going on). Do you take it offroad at all? Still haven't experienced any rubbing issues?

Awesome, thanks. I got the Brass Monkey to put on my stock SR5 wheels until I can convince my wife I need real wheels so I'm always looking out for others who've gone the bronze route.

Looks like you've had lots of fun adventures lately. Do you recall what color you used for your DipYourCar spray? Brass monkey or Bronze Gold?
