I recently installed a 3rd row in my 2015 non 3rd row/non sliding tray SR5. I am trying to see if anyone is interested in the leftover cargo area pieces (carpet, foam, brackets, carpeted trim).I've attached a picture of the items. Since they are long/tall, shipping will likely be a bit expensive.

Car-part.Com has a handful. I just installed mine with all the panels and it cost $500 plus gas for the 10 hr round trip drive.

On car-part.com I found a seat and all the trim for $600. I've also been quoted $800. The 3rd rows are spread throughout the US and Canada, but few and far between for sure. I'll be doing my swap to 3rd row within the coming weeks and will have my 15' 2nd row, NON sliding tray setup left over...
