Did you end up making the purchase? I just sold my hardshell and am currently looking at a used Skyrise. According to the Yakima website, the standard crossbars aren't compatible, and none of the towers they sell are compatible. Let me know if you or anyone else knows what roof rack to get...

I just switched from a RAV4 to a 4Runner and didn't realize the Runners shark fin stuck out a whole inch higher than the RAV's. The delete kit seems to be a great option to be able to mount my roofnest. I'll follow up if I have any problems or if I remember to upload pics.
