I had scratches on my 2020 screen as well. I just ordered one of the tempered glass screen protectors on amazon, cleaned it carefully and stuck it on. Can't tell they are there now and between the kid and the dog something else is going to get it worse sooner or later.
I did not need a BMC, just some trimming in the front of the wheel well and the mudflaps gone.

Had my kit installed this week and couldn't be happier.
Ring set in the first position on the fronts.
