That is true you can put the mounts anywhere on the rack i just don't know how much support u would get. I would like to do that as well being that mine is full with my tire

The bend was there and i had to add the nipples for the other vacuum lines. Home depot sells them they are like a 1 and change each. Drilled the holes with a uni bit and threaded it with my trusty tap and die set. used jeld weld to seal them so there are no vacuum leaks...

My runner is a 97 so i dont have the plastic on the top of the bumper. but if it did i would have painted it. The grille mod will be done this week. Then i will post new pics

new toyota emblem came in today need to take the grill out one more time to wet sand and repaint and install the new emblem......

so i have purchased the ome 890's for the rear of my 97 toyota 4runner and new shocks. They are getting installed on monday and i am super excited to get rid of the squat. The Question.... i am going to replace the fronts as well will i need to do anything due to the lift the springs will give ??
