Well on 4th gens the UBJ bolts onto the spindle and is pressed into the UCA where the UBJ is pressed into the spindle and bolts into the UCA on 3rd gens. Then all we have to worry about is the caliper, swaybar and tie rod mounting points being on the wrong side for each... But after that, yeah...
