Every vehicle brand and individual model comes with its quirks I suppose! I get a kick out of how ancient the head unit seems on a 5th gen. I like the old school knobs and low key display somehow. Makes it feel more solid. Metaphorically speaking.

So in other random news I bought a two day subscription to the Toyota Technical Information System (TIS). Pretty interesting to stare at all the service diagrams for 20 bucks. Expires after two days though. What a racket!

It just occurred to me I don't hear about upgraded stereo systems as often on 4Runners. Probably everyone puts the cash into suspensions and whatnot! Cool you bought this with an already upgraded sound system.

Matte clear sounds very interesting. Any downsides to this? I can imagine yellowing from UV being one, possibly.

Probably literally just tires because I'm low key like that. Probably Falken Wildpeaks. xD
