Noticed my new 5th gen only gets ~14-15 mpg on routine driving country roads 40-50mph. Still 20mpg highway, but 14-15 is what I'd get on the same trips in my 4th gen V8 "gas guzzler!" :confused:

Feel the same way about my old one. Every hill in my 2019 seems like a big effort. My wife even commented "why is it making that noise?" The V8 would fuss less towing boats uphill.

To all the DIY maintenance guys...What do you do about keeping all the "service records" in case of selling it someday? You might be meticulous about maintaining your truck but the dealership can document it all, put it on carfax, etc.
