relay If the relay was bad wouldn't it affect both left and right turn signals? I think it my be the socket, as you indicated. Thanks

Left front turn signal was blinking at double speed which I thought was sign of a bad bulb. Changed bulb, same result. Noticed amber bulb from running lights was hanging underneath and full of water-not a good sign. Is this bulb on same fuse as turnsignals? Will replace amber running bulb, but...
