I fixed mine at 210K miles for under $40 with Blue Devil gasket and seal reconditioner, put it in, drove for 3 days then drained out and refilled with new Valvoline 75W90. Total cost was $37 Good luck with your repair and please report back with your experience.

You might as well buy a sawzall. I played with one of mine for an hour and got no where, pulled out the sawzall and had both sides done in about 40 minutes. Your rear shocks should come with new hardware (mine did) so cut the nut right above the top washer, simple, fast.

After your experience would you recommend the Moog cam bolts?

I removed my XREAS system entirely about a month ago, went the Bilstein 5100 shocks and Moog springs. Much much cheaper route. I will not be able to go back based on my removal methods but I never intend to either.

Another way to look at the dif between the 265/70 & the 255/75 would be handling, the 265 will handle turns a little better and have a closer if not toatally stock feel when breaking. My 255's def have a smooth ride but do not have the same cornering feel as my stock Michelins, not even close...

Has anyone tried the Airaid Synthamax dry air filter for their stock air box? I have often used cleanable air filters in several vehicles in the past with good results and am considering getting one for my V8 runner.

I would go with a lower setting on the 5100's maybe even leave the spacers off until you get the new UCA's, your going to have to align it again anyway. 3 months with a bad alignment could ruin tires if you drive a normal amount of miles?
