Thanks for the input. I was able to replicate that clicking so that the service advisor did hear it. Anybody know what actuator is around the driver side dashboard?

Just heard back from the dealer. They said they can't honor the TSB because the tech can't replicate the noise. The clicking sound around my dash is normal they said. It's an actuator. Idk. Anybody else hear that sound with theirs? Thanks

Do you guys think Toyota will replace my suspension if they're not able to replicate the clunk? Just checked mine and I got the old set up. I heard the clunk a couple times, but haven't been able to replicate it. Another issue I noticed was a clicking sound around my driver side dashboard...
