Was originally told it would be about 12 weeks but ended up being about 8 weeks for my 2011 TE to arrive. I think my dealer did a trade for a Limited they had on order which shortened the delivery time. Hang in there the wait is worth it.

+1 here. Had a 2007 FJ which I traded in 2011 for a TE. Main reason - two large dogs (Rotti and Shepard/Rotti) which did not really fit that well in the FJ. The FJ was great but for my needs the 4Runner is a far superior vehicle.

Glad you got it back and your still in one piece. So I see you are an Open shooter... Well you drive a 4Runner so you must be ok despite shooting Open. Classic (Single Stack) should be the only division. Just joking with you and good to see a fellow IPSC shooter on the forum.

Another vote for Pioneer NEX units. Put in a NEX 6000 about a month ago and am pretty impressed with it. Great to have built in maps and CarPlay has a lot of promise for iPhone integration. Still some bugs and a bit rough in areas but definitely will be improving. Downside steering wheel...

Got back yesterday from a few days down to Boston. Put on around 2600kms over 5 days. My fuel consumption was 13.1 liters per 100 km. This is slightly higher with the KO2's compared with the KO's that I had on previously. When I say slightly I really mean a .1 liter increase... Nothing...

I was also a bit hesitant to go with the E load rating as well. I dont have enough clicks on the tires yet to say what the impact will be on gas mileage but I really don't think it will be significant. As for noise and ride quality - these new tires are a vast improvement over the original...
