    Reman engine and s/c questions

It’s been 3 years since I had the Yota Shop motor installed. I ended up getting an Gen 2 supercharger and the same time to replace the original, which cost about $2k. Almost half the price of the whole kit since it was already set up for an s/c. Only about about 15k miles on it. Zero issues...

    Reman engine and s/c questions

Install ended up costing $2600 with them supplying very few parts and doing a couple of extra things for me. If anyone is ever in need of good mechanics in the Savannah Ga area, I have several to refer you to. I have zero regrets about the route I took. Yotashop and Superchargers online have...

    Replacing 1st Gen S/C with 2nd gen

It went right on. Only thing I think could have been an issue was the tensioner pulley it throttle cable bracket. Neither were, in my case.

I put a Yotashop reman 5vz-fe dressed Longblock and New Magnuson Supercharger in my 4Runner. Replacing 1st Gen S/C with 2nd gen

I ordered a 2nd gen s/c to replace my 1st gen. I’m under the impression that it should be a seamless swap. Anyone done this before. Will all the brackets/pulleys/belts be good to go?

    Reman engine and s/c questions

I ended up contacting Yota1. Seem like super good dudes. I would trust them to rebuild a motor based off our dialogue. They did not have any cores available, so I ended up goin with Yotashop.

    Roof rack screw part number

I got my rig repainted and lost a couple of the roof rack screws. The screws/bolts that mount the rails directly to the roof. Anyone have a part number or source to get new ones? I hit up the local dealership and he indicated it wouldn’t be to easy to find. I’m following up this week but...

    Reman engine and s/c questions

I mentioned the supercharger to them and they simply stated that it would not void the warranted as long as the pulley did not exceed the Toyota recommended 6lbs of boost.
