Replacing OEM JBL sub w/JL 8"

so basically, any 8" sub, 4" deep will be able to fit in the stock enclosure?

JBL stock sub enclosure?

Will that fit in my 2004 SR5 (non JBL) without any problems? Probably gonna get one from ebay, if it fits. I was looking at getting a JL Stealthbox but can't find any < $500. Thanks.
