The tire shop manager was there when I went back. I got the spare mounted and balanced like I had wanted. I didn't press the issue with the Tire Pressure Sensors.

2005 SR5 V6 195K miles. Lived its whole life in Tucson and Albuquerque so no rust. A little fading on the clear coat on the flares. Interior perfect. $6,500.

This is just a wild guess and not based on my personal experience, but I think you should remove the boost motor and inspect its condition. My suspicion is that there are either some mechanical issues with the brushes, a bearing has gone out or some object has gotten wedged between the rotor...

Speaking of the ABS alarm, it will come on while bleeding the rear brakes using the FSM procedure, since the car uses the pump to push the fluid out. But once you tighten the bleed nut, the pump pressurizes the system and the alarm shuts off. Just an FYI for anyone using the referenced method...
