I live around Humboldt, there is the beach at the north jetty in Samoa, some nice trails in the national forest after harvest season (of course), and the lost coast area, and yes you can drive on the beaches (some of them anyway, most have a 5mph speed limit too, its new). My truck isn't crazy...

I beat the absolute snot out of my new suspension system, just a set of TRD tundra fronts, 99 tall rears and 5100 bilsteins. Monstered a couple Northern California fire and BLM roads, the car held up great. So happy with my investment. Stubb welding sliders on order, will get them next week.

Installed my new 99' tails and 5100 bilsteins. A complete world of difference, have the front Tundra TRDs with 5100 to install, ran out of daylight, maybe do it tomorrow.

As the title says, I want to upgrade the shocks but keep a stock height. What I'm interested in a bit less rebound in the rear and a bit more damping. Are there any adjustable shock bodies out there for this application? I don't really want a lift, maybe an inch on the outside of raised height...

@ turbo8, I checked my rear end when I changed the front brakes. I also checked the codes, all clear. For some reason in California we get winter blend even though we don't need it, It was 70 yesterday, and its raining here and 50. I have thought about and exhaust and intake, that might help...
