I, too, was thinking about trading in my SR5 for a Limited because my wife asked (still asks) the same question regarding the 4WD mode. I didn't do it because of the cost. My wife preferred using that money for trips and vacations. If I had to do it over it again, I would buy a Limited model...
If you use the right tool, I just don't see how you can break the oil filter housing.

The tool is keyed so you can distribute the force evenly.
The best jack for your money.
Daytona™ Super-Duty Professional Car Jack
I have Snap On FJ-200 floor jack. It is overpriced and not sure if it is any better.
Discount Tire has the tool to check which sensor is not working. Given your 4Runner is fairly new, I would just replace one TPMS sensor and reprogram the ECU with the new ID. Discount Tire reprograms the ECU for free in my area. I have the tool so I don't need help. Best wishes.
I would only buy factory TMPS sensors if you are going to buy another set of wheels. I have ATEQ programmer and works fine. I think you can disable TPMS but like having working TMPS on my car.
You were averaging ~55 mph (10,738 miles/195.29 hours), which explains your good MPG. When I went to DC last winter, I was getting no better than 16-17 MPG doing 80-85MPH. Alaska will be one trip I will do before I turn 50.
Just wanted to clarify the description:
0. Disconnect the battery
1. Unplug the wiring harness
2. Locate pins 5&6, dark green and light green next to each other. The dark green is the light output, and the light green is 5vdc supply to the antenna module.
3. Just add a jumper between the two...
These posts are very helpful. I have Bridgestone Duelers on my 2016 and they are so-so in the rain. I run dedicated Nokian Hakkapeliitta r2 tires now. Planning to get DEFENDER LTX M/S to replace Duelers. Stable performance in the rain is a must have IMHO.
Disconnect the battery then wait 5 minutes to reset the radio unit. If you don't see the BT option in the phone setup then most likely your BT module went bad. I had this issue on my Accord and BT worked fine after replacing the BT module. Give the battery disconnect a try before moving to an...
The tire installer gave you a good advise. 6-7 full turns might be on the low side and this is not something I would be comfortable with. This is the exact reason why I only use OEM rims. If you want to remain as an "assassin", you need to live first...

Oil pan leak is very rare unless you hit something. I would check above the oil pan and make sure the oil is not leaking from valve cover.
I have been buying Toyota parts from Conicelli Toyota as they offer great prices and quick deliveries at a reasonable shipping cost.

Either your lug studs were damaged or your torque wrench is really out of calibration. There is no way 85 ft-lbs will be enough to shear off the stud. Someone over-torqued and over stretched them.
