    Sound Deadening - Other ToDo's

    Run power accessories as other mentioned, change any gaskets that are passthroughs to the bottom of the vehicle from a plug to a marine grade passthrough for future access if needed. Doors and hatch will increase weight of those components, so struts on the back hatch will likely be necessary...

    Sounds like your drivers seatbelt may be malfunctioning. Shouldnt be recognizing a passenger without the weight, doesnt recognize the back seats. You could get a seat belt from a junkyard and see if that fixes it, or bring to Toyota and see if that seatbelt is under warranty. But I would start...

    5th Gen Platform base / Seat removal

    Great setup and that looks stout! I have a TRDP with the sliding rear floor I was trying to modify a drawer system to fit ontop and take the middle row out for a platform setup seeing as the drawers and back will be occupied.

    Drill the bottom out progressively and it should come out. Them spindles arent cheap and thats a lenghty swap time. For reference, you said you were using a 3/4 drive?

    front stabilizer bar link replacement procedure

    can be done flat on the ground, wheels on the vehicle if you have the right tools. At level ground the sway bars will not be under any pressure and those should come right off. Might need a hammer to give a little tap tap tapparoo to loosen it from being seated into place....

    disconnect the battery while the vehicle isnt running and it sounds like something has melted or is arcing/melting. I would recommend getting it towed somewhere that can electrical chase before it leads to the truck catching fire.

    Labor for just drivers side (since youre doing passenger)? This is usually a 3-5hr job depending on the shop.
