Had the same problems. Changed out the fuel injectors got refurbed ones off ebay that work awesome now. But like brian said check the coil and plug as they cost alot less than doin injectors. I ended up having two plugged injectors and 1 bad coil. Now the rig runs like no tomorrow

Did you figure it out i had both those codes too. I replaced the plugs and they went away. I also found pep boys does a fuel injector cleaning in their gold star package. They hook to your rails and pump cleaner in to bring the injectors back to life. Have not got a price on it yet but have to...
