Look into Pro-Comp. They make pretty good shocks, and have lengths to accomodate your lift. The ES series are quality shocks, but I would upgrade to the MX-6. Well worth the money.

When compressing the caliper pistons, I would suggest opening the bleeders. Forcing brake fluid backwards through the ABS system can damage it. Then just top off the brake fluid an bleed and you should be good to go.

Open the bleeders! Many ABS systems control the flow of brake fluid to and from the brakes. Forcing the fluid backward through the ABS system can damage it.
