If you don't mind making a huge mess...empty lot + dish soap/water mixture all over pavement should give you a nice slick to activate ABS. Just be careful :(

This may sound silly, but you used OEM or better parts? Spark Plugs and Wires are very very picky on the 4Runner.

The suspension is factory? No way the coil could have been turned slightly? Mine made wonderful sounds for a bit because one front coil would contact the UCA going over bumps. Adjusted the way the coil sat on the strut and it was good to go.

This sounds like drive shaft greasing. Get under there and find all the grease fitting on the driveshafts and get them lubed. If you've done any kind of lift, the slip joints may take quite a bit of grease.

If you can afford the Bilstein 5100s I would go ahead and get them. One less part to purchase later for lifting. Plus, they ride like a dream.

Diff drop? Have you done the general maintenance - LBJ, UBJ, Tie Rods?

Do you have the Light Racing UCAs these go in to? Pretty sure they aren't a factory ball joint replacement.
