I've got just over 100k miles on mine and starting to hear gravelly bearing sounds (i think). Checked all pulleys, they've all been replaced at least once, some twice. Anybody been through rebuilding a TVS1320 for our platform? DIY or did you send it in? I wouldn't mind doing it myself...

I'm getting mixed search results for the Energy systems kit, one site says it fits a 2014 and then their site says no. Is there a full kit from anyone that fits the 5th gen 4Runners? Mine are shot at 155k and all the extra weight. Thanks

Same as manual, very tedious bleed procedure, and I was approximate with pressure stages since it's difficult to be precise with analog display. I think it's important to bleed at the cylinders as I've see a lot of air come out of those.

Are there multiple or one that develops the tunes for the vendors? I've been waiting for the TCU tune to get finished so my 14 TE can get a "full" tune vs just the engine, as a VERY important part of tuning for weight, bigger tires, SC, etc, is that the transmission shift points are aligned...

The only mod I haven't done is long travel :) Definitely not stock, on 35's, aftermarket UCA, suspension, bumpers, winch, RTT, etc, roughly 6000lbs.

No good data for an accurate answer but I bet most who are having issues are lifted, have bigger tires, and regularly offroad. Lifting changes the geometry of all suspension components and stresses it in new ways that weren't tested by Toyota.
