I hemmed and hawed over a 4Runner for well over a year. What stopped me was the 5 speed tranny and the relatively poor fuel mileage. I decided that I wanted something newer in terms of technology, etc. I would have purchased the Bronco except it doesn't even exist yet, and they're talking 2022...

Honestly the 400 lb ft of torque on that Ecoboost, with a 0-60 time under 6 seconds, is good enough for me. I figured I'd post a link since most of the guys around here like to off-road.

Yes, it is. I tow a 7x16 with a 1 ton diesel dually and you can really tell it's back there. They're like a giant billboard that catches the wind. I couldn't imagine towing one loaded with a 4Runner.

From what I saw, Toyota actually took away $500 of incentive money on the 2020 4Runner. I really don't understand this logic. Just does not scream "winning strategy." The local Toyota dealer has sold almost NOTHING in the past month. And they have a sheetload of cars and trucks on their lot.

I did not say they didn't exist, I was saying I've never seen one. Each and every ORP I have looked at has a moonroof. Not sure why that is. And, it's annoying because I, too, don't want one. I have had nothing but trouble with them every time I have had one.

From what I read here, the OTD price people are quoting oftentimes does not include tax. That's why it's quite confusing trying to ascertain what's a good deal and what's not.
