Im sure he has a jig made up for it. The only thing i added was the end cap mod to add some more strength when winching.

Just came across this thread. Aside from a few Tacoma bumpers converted to fit the 4Runner mine was the first one Jeff did for the 3rd Gen. I dropped it off at his place about 3.5yrs ago and he built it right on the runner. Awsome bumpers, stout, decent weight, and hold up great to stuff that...

I had thought about taking the supercharger off but don't have any stock to go back on and that thing is so tied into the rig and tune is dialed in I would hate to mess with it. On another note I am willing to keep a few other items or swap out some to lower the price down if someone is...

Well it helped some, but the vibe is still there but it is more noticable when you shift and are letting the pedal back up.

Threw the dynamic damper back on the transfer case, it was all bent up from something I hit and squeaked a lot so I took it off to see if there was any difference. I got the bracket pretty straigt with the help of a "big hammer" and bolted it back on. Seemed a little better just in the driveway...

If the rod that goes from the clutch pedal into the master cylinder is to loose inside the cylinder would that be it? I have noticed that when you push the pedal down that rod has a lot of movement to it more so than the one in my 89' Toy pickup.
