Love my 1Up US HD hitch rack!

Have had great luck with SendCutSend for reproducing parts in sheet metal that would be much better suited for some applications (such as the camera mount above) rather than 3d Printing.

Welcome to the forum, also came from an Audi, different but can be a lot more fun when used right!

Great updates so far, The 1" of clearance is the exact reason I'm going to go with a lower roof rack on our TRD Pro, figure if I can save 1-2-3 inches of roof clearance with a lower profile rack, I can add it back in tires and suspension and still park inside the garage.

Love this build, but also have a feeling following it is going to cost me dearly $$$!

I like the roof rack delete, have similar intentions with our TRDP (but will leave the spare). Also come from big power performance vehicles, the 4Runner was a great option for the wife to drive during the week and me to play with off road on family road trips, ever owner buys and customizes...
