I drive a 95 4runner that has the same problem. It seems to be a normal condition. Everyone I talked to said the pressure runs on the low side. I did replace the sending unit early on, it didn't change a thing.
Have a 95 4Runner. The check engine light has been on for months. The code is for the spark knock detector. Local mechanic said it would not hurt anything, but gas milage is getting really bad and I'm losing power. Anyone have any experience with this problem?
