Not sure what you mean by "3/4 extended?" Do you have an earlier rack? I believe they only off the 3/4 and full length rack now. I have the 3/4 that sits just behind the sunroof and with the included wind fairing I haven't noticed any issues. Not even so much as a light wind noise. Been happy...

I second what Nevada said. The whine in the blower motor is another issue. Pull the cabin air filter for a quick check, and check the motor and fan. I haven't done this on a fifth gen myself, but if its a common squirrel cage type fan, they can become dirty and clog the motor shaft with hair...

Sparky, your fridge is the first I've seen with a slider mounted to the floor without any sort of plate, have you had any issues with this? Does the weight of the fridge pull up the floor base when the slide is extended? Thanks in advance!
