For our first day trip with the new (to us) 4runner, we took a dirt road through central Texas. Visited an old cemetery, crossed some rivers, and did some rockhounding. Was great!

I'd have rather bought an electric 4x4, truth be told. But, given that gas isn't yet $8, i still have some time to enjoy this engine. I figure once these start being left in storage, it's time for someone to start converting older cars to electric.
