Here's the driver's side; the mounting bracket bolts under the swaybar relocation bracket and then into the framerail on the side. I called Fox earlier, and the hose fittings can be slightly loosened to help with the binding and then re-tightened, so that's what we're gonna try.

My 4R is in the shop for some front end work, and we're having trouble with the mounting of the remote resi (with DSC). The Fox install instructions appear to be junk, and I can't find any pics of a 4th gen with a Fox remote resi install pic. Can anyone confirm the proper mount and hose...

I've had mine for over 3.5 years and they are still in great shape.

Here's mine from a few months back.

1990 square body suburban. Original 350, 700R4, 4.56 gears, 4" all spring lift, & 35" tires. She's slow, loud, hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and a lot of fun.

If your scanner doesn't have the ability to clear codes, you can just remove the negative cable from the battery for ~20 minutes to reset. Otherwise, the ECM will clear the code on it's own at some point.

I ran my power along the windshield edge of the headliner, down the driver's side A-pillar, and used a blank ignition-on fuse spot between the rear washer and power outlet fuses.

I have five matching 255/75-17 Duratracs on FN FxPro wheels (TRD knockoffs); the spare fits just fine under my V8 with the larger hitch.

Not sure about those, but I bought replicas from FN Wheels (FX Pro) that are 17" x 8". I don't know if they still offer them, but it's worth a call to them. Dustin was a super helpful guy when I bought mine about three years ago.

Also, have you checked places like wheelsandcaps.com? Looks like they have a matching wheel for $135. OEM Alloy Wheels for 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser

I have my ScanGauge on a blendmount right below the rearview mirror. Used an additional 5ish feet of cat5 cable with a connector so i can easily remove the gauge and the OBDII connector if I need to read codes on another car.

I have the Fox 2.5" (without remote resi) and love them. At 55k miles they need a rebuild, but they are very nice on-road and do very well for the type of off-pavement I do (washboards, gravel, forest roads). For the rear, I have Wheeler's T12 springs which will give you more of the rear lift...
