Reviving this thread with new information. I took a chance and ordered a Rav4/camry ( Replaces OEM 84820-12480) switch panel from Amazon that has all 4 windows with the auto feature. It was plug and play and works as intended on my 4runner. It even has light up blue led lights.

Excellent thread. I just got myself a 2005 SR5 sport, V8 4WD 4Runner in pretty decent shape with only 149k. It's my second 4th gen 4runner. This model does not have dual climate control.
The only major issue I've had so far is with the A/C blowing ice cold only while in LO temperature setting...
