I had this same issue, although it was on both sides. Check your brake pads as for some reason they get loose on the pins that hold them in and they slide up and down and make a nasty noise.

I have a video of that mud pit that a guy with a jeep was taking, he was filming fine but once i got half way through the pit he didnt move the camera and started watching with his head so you cant see me finish it, he wasnt expecting me to make it :)

I find suspension lifts pretty easy on a 93 4runner that i've done, few beer job.

I would check all gaskets, replace all fluids, wires, plugs and then definatly go off roading :)

from what i have read if you move the rear shocks to the top of the rear axle you can get better flex out of it, considering ill be buying some heavy duty bilsteins i would like to do this mod.
