Fan Heater Problem This problem was ultimately fixed by replacing the outside cowling below the windshield, water was leaking down into the fan and freezing!! I no longer own the vehicle, a sad day but underneath hardware needs to be replaced.

Good idea about going back to dealer with TSB, will try that. Perhaps I will get $49 worth of service.

2004 4 Runner Blower Not Operating Had this problem, veh sat for (1) day with temps 0 to +15. When temp went above ~25F the blower miraculously fixed itself. Go figure!! :guitar3:
