I changed my mind on the exhaust, im going to a local shop to get a custom made dual side exit exhaust. I dont have to install it and its alot cheaper.

Are you by any chance going to nags head? I drove a tundra on the beach down there. Make sure you let some air out of your tires and stay in the ruts. Dont go close to the water either.... I would reccommend locking the center dif and you dont need 4wheel lo.

Currently, I have a 03 4runner v8 SR5 4x4 and I LOVE IT!!!! I love the new looks and the v8. It does have a sulfer smell because of the 3 catalytic converters but you can only smell it if the back window is down. That will be fixed soon when i put dual side exit exhaust. My dad has a 97 4runner...

but if your running a blown motor, you have more air coming in so you need bigger exhaust to help push it out. The engine is also 4.7 litres so it has a fairly large amount of displacement. Im not sure how big the Borla is.... I'll find out tomorrow.

no, it doesnt... after conversing with lance (good times) and several of my friends who are ase master mechanics that work for toyota ive come to the conclusion that it does not. It takes awhile for the ECU to see that you put a different exhaust on and its not stock. Thats why you get the...

Basically here is what I got: sr5 v8 No sunroof(would of been special order) running boards(couldnt not get them) premium stereo(not synthesis) 17inch wheels(couldnt not get them) apperance package cloth seats I would of really liked to have a sunroof but I didnt wanna wait... so

Toyota is addressing this problem. They are switching to a different belt maker. Its only happening on some of the v6 runners. Im sure they will replace the belt if you take it into the dealer.

I used to have a black car b4 i got the 4runner... They look soo awesome when they are clean... Black cars/trucks that is.
