my 4 runner is an 01 and these 3 lights came on. They stayed on for about 3-4 mths until i switched from 87 to 93 octane. After running 3/4 tank 93 octane all lights went off. I then ran 87 octane again. After running 87 octane for about 3 tanks, the lights came back on.
