It depends on the tire size you want to use. I'm assuming, since you didn't mention changing sizes, that you are staying with a 20 inch rim. If you're wanting to stay with the stock tires, then no it is not recommended for a 9 inch wide rim, 8.5 is max. However going to a 275/55/r20 is fine...

I'm not doubting your measurements, I've seen the thread that you posted those pics in originally. I'm just saying that there will always be doubts when Toyota has it wrong in their press releases on all 5th Gen years.

Actually one of the reasons the 4runner is at the top of my list is for the infotainment. The manufacturers are way too slow in bringing the latest technology and I want to use mirrorlink on my stereo. It's already available on a couple of aftermarket stereos. It will be a couple of years...

Yes they are available. I have had the opposite problem. Most limited versions in BP are three row and I want two.

Another vote for jangoforhire. I love the BP and clean looks.
