2004 Sr5 V6 4x4 may be different for V8 but might help you.
Just installed FJ springs with 5100s on 3rd notch in the front. 1.5" rear spacer with stock 4runner springs and 5100s in rear.
It has a slight take to the front but looks level to the eye at some angles.
