Thanks guys for the info. I got Alt at Napa for $220. Took me 1 1/2 hrs.
removed :
1) engine cover
2) overflow bottle
3) fan shroud & fan together
4) upper rad hose at thermostat- left bottom connected & wedged at top of rad
5) thermostat housing
6) oil filter housing(pictured...
