Wiring HELP- Adding lights to turn on / off as DOOR opens hello all - i think i'm somewhat on the right thread, but here's what i'm looking at doing - i want to add some running boards with lights on them. I'm in the VERY early stages, but i want to see if it is possible to have these lights...

How did the replacement go? I have to do the same thing and I could use tips if you have any. Also - any info on the store or seller you bought the replacement from on eBay would be great too. Thanks

wedge base can you be more specific on which wedge base lights fit? i want to order them but after getting on that site, there are so many different kinds of wedge base lights. help me out!! Thanks! How did those lights turn out...i don't want them too bright

i just found them today.... HA!! so i can turn them on now, and they will go on every time i have lights on??? this car is 6 days old, i am still exploring... thanks for the help

gotcha...i do like the idea of have a toggle switch right by the shifter so i never have to reach by the steering column... thanks agian for the link and help.. i know you said i shouldn't waste a cut out...do you have some cool ideas for other switches to put in those cut outs?? once agian...

This is only my 2nd post on this site. I am little out of the loop on the lingo, example 4gen, 3rd gen, OTM... I am looking to put my fog lights on a seperate switch so i can turn them on and off at any time. i have searched the site, but i want to make sure i am doing it right for a 2008...

that is nice, but that big mat is for the back seat, not the cargo area correct??? the top 2 look like they are for the driver and passenger seats, then the bigger mat for the back seat. i am looking for something to cover the backs of the rear seats and cargo area... thanks though, i will check...

I am BRAND new to this site; just purchased a 08 4runner SR5. I used to have a plastic cargo mat custom fit that was 3 seperate pieces: one for the cargo floor and 1 for each of the back of the seats (secured by heavy duty velcro). i have searched and searcehd for one of these for the 4runner...
