This post had the perfect timing. I was driving this morning (temp around 15° F) and I noticed the same squeak on the foot rest. I never noticed it before today. You are definitely not alone.

I think it's just the light coming through the windshield (and moonroof). I have 35% tint on my front windows and depending on the direction of light they can look quite different.

Perfectly straight here also. Had the dealer install some LTX M/S2 tires prior to picking it up.

I had the dealer do it before I picked up my truck. They gave me $100 credit for each of the stock tires. Then I just paid the difference for the tires I wanted. They were very willing to work with me. Some of the other dealers I looked at were not willing to do anything about the tires.

I had the dealer replace the OEM tires with Michelin LTX M/S2 before I even picked up my truck. So far I think it has handled great with the Michelin tires. I have not had any squealing even when taking a corner aggressively. My last truck (Tacoma) also used to squeal going around corners...

I had Michelin LTX M/S on my last Tacoma and loved them. They were great in all weather and drove very nicely on the road. As a result I had the dealer put Michelin LTX M/S 2 on my new 4Runner before I even picked it up. So far they seem just as nice. I haven't had them in the snow yet, but...

Mine is a 4x4 Black SR5 with Black leather and 3rd row. The sticker price was $38,238 and I think I paid $35,700. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since it had to be ordered and built for me. I hope that helps.

I had the same experience. I changed my zone first and then did the circle calibration (about 2 slow circles). The whole thing took about 5-10 minutes. Mine seemed to be about 45 deg off as well before I did it.

Any chance that you could list exactly which speakers you used in each location, along with any modifcations that were required to make them work? I've been thinking about changing out my 8 speakers with JL Audio. Thanks

Something still doesn't sound right. I finally picked my SR5 with a 3rd row on Tuesday. It was also ordered for me. It was obviously the only one with a 3rd row the guys at the dealership have seen so far.

Sounds like a bunch of crap to me as well. How could we both order trucks the same week and mine be here now, and yours about 2 months later (basically double the amount of time)? I think there is definitely something fishy going on.

I just received a call from my dealer and my truck arrived there this morning. So it took exactly 2 months from my order date until today. They still need to install a few things, but hopefully I will be driving the truck very soon.

I got the VIN number along with a copy of the "Vehicle Inquiry Report" on May 7 (exactly 7 weeks after my order date). The only reason they gave me the information is because I asked. I wanted to review the details of my truck to make sure everything was just the way I ordered it. Good luck...

I ordered my new 4Runner (SR5 w/ leather and 3rd row) on March 19 and I was told last week that it is due to arrive at the dealer around mid June. If that holds true, the wait will have been a little less than 3 months. They even gave me the VIN #, so I'm starting to get excited.
