Thank you for all your help! My friend also says I need to know the FCC ID for the key fob. Because I don't have any of the key fobs, I don't know the FCC ID. How do I find that information? Is it in the VIN?

I recently bought a 2003 4Runner Limited from a wholesale dealership and it came with only one master key, no keyless entry remote. I called Toyota Service Department and they tell me it comes with keyless entry; they sell the fob but I will not be able to program it. Same thing with the spare...
