How do you remove the bolt where the grease fitting is. The bolt keeps turning but doesnt come off. Thanks [email protected]

The top part of the drivers side sway bar link rusted out a broke away. I tried to remove it by losening the bolt on the bottom connection but it just spins and spins. What's the trick to remove it. Thanks
