Same thing happen with me. After getting in my car a few times with a mini pond in the drivers side floor board I found the problem

I loved the comfort in my sr5 2004. I do have the leather though. After 226k miles it's pretty worn in though haha.

I never got anything in the mail but just called the local Tuscaloosa Toyota and they said bring it in. Got it done within the week
