Does anybody know when the 2020 4runners will be on the lots and how much discount/deal I could get on a ‘19 ORP?

Just joined this forum and can't post a thread yet. I found an '02 SR5, 4WD w/ 130k listed for $9500 on facebook. It looks like it's in good condition. Is this a fair deal? It seems like it is par for the course based on what I've read on this forum.
