    Trailer Brake Controller

Hard to explain. Using the trailer brakes can help settle the trailer in situations where it starts to bounce or push the tow vehicle. I use to use the trailer brake manually when the truck would get a bit unsettled usually going down hill or when I felt I was being pushed. Much bigger...

    Who has the least miles?

Purchased 10-15-16, just over 2600 miles. Usually work out of state, company truck gets most of the use, an older diesel truck that gets the towing duties plus gets way better mpg's than the 4Runner could in bone stock form, usually use the 4Runner when my dogs wanna mall crawl.

Hwy 89 Utah Had to drive from Phoenix to Salt Lake City for work. Saw lots of 4runners, mostly stock. A couple were nicely done and got a pic of this one in a mini convoy of a Jeep pulling a pontoon boat, an FJ, and an Expedition. Somewhere around the 102 mile marker on Hwy 89 in Utah.

    Trailer problems

The lights not working sounds like a grounding issue, especially if it's the 4 wire flat plug. If the receiver or slide are new the powder coat doesn't allow it to ground thru the hitch. Separate ground wire is an option or create metal to metal contact. Not sure why the fuse is popping.

Picture Request: 285s on Trail Edition Rims

Thank you. The ride is stiff but I've only driven it about 50 miles since the install a month ago. Not enough miles to give ya a reasonable mileage #, sorry.

Dirt King UCA's with the Heim Joints. My best guess would be the techs talent or GAS factor. I was very clear that I would likely require more than 4 degrees of castor. The tech found a balance.

Still rubbed a bit after an alignment. Caster was set at 4.3 and 4.5 degrees. Trimmed the bumper a bit and riveted the mud flaps back.

Stiff. Need to get some miles on it then toy with the adjusters when time allows.
