Usually the transponder keys are a little thicker then the normal keys. that one looks to be a normal key. why not have a standard key cut and try it out, shouldnt cost to much.
It sounds like who ever sold u the c9920 sold u the wrong ones. These calipers are a mystery to some aftermarket parts store, what u need to look for is a casting number on them (13WH, 13WG OR 13WL).
Front fender splash, rear shield (takes 2 53886-35020) and front fender apron upper seal (53735-35150RH/53736-35150LH). I believe this is what your looking for. the part numbers are for the 05 4runner. same describtion for the 86 but different part numbers.

the skid control ecu retails for 1727.75. i would recommend finding another dealer but it sound like you made up ur mind already...
If u bought the runner new i would take it back to the dealership and let them figure it out. theres no way u should have to modify ur plate to make it fit.
If its from the diff pumpkin it looks like the whole pumpkin has to come off to replace the gasket. check the filler and drain plugs, those have gaskets to.
