I have the V8 4runner and a V6 Tacoma. The power is great, and I do prefer the V8 but the manifold sound is painfully annoying now. I don't need the power, so if I had my time back I would have went with the 6 in the runner too. Thorley headers would probably fix it but $$$ for a secondary rig...
