Awesome! It's a 2000 sr5 highlander. Interior is the tan/oak color. It is the passenger shoulder belt assembly. I'm not sure why the belt is gone. I actually thing the mechanism is there and belt was cut.

Wtb 3rd gen rear passenger seatbelt in the oak tannish color. Mine was bought used without one for some reason. No luck at pick and pulls.
